1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Bebek Enterprises, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bebek Enterprises provides home appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Air Conditioner repair and service
• Washing Machine repair
• Refrigerator repair and service
• TV and electronic repairs
• Water purifier service
• Other home appliance services

3. Booking and Scheduling

Service bookings are subject to availability. We strive to honor all scheduled appointments but reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any changes to their scheduled service.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The final service cost may vary based on:

• Actual diagnosis and repair requirements
• Replacement parts needed
• Additional services requested

Any additional costs will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

5. Warranty

All repair services come with a minimum 30-day service warranty. Warranty for replacement parts depends on the manufacturer's terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to cancellation fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bebek Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid by the customer.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
